Refund Policy
At VibSafety, we strive to ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with the quality of our safety training services. However, due to the digital nature of our content, we follow a strict but fair refund policy.
1. Corporate Subscriptions
Refunds for organizational subscriptions (monthly or annual) may be considered under the following conditions:
- A refund request is submitted within 7 days of the initial payment.
- The organization has not accessed more than 20% of the total training content licensed.
- The refund is requested by an authorized representative of the purchasing organization.
To request a refund, email us at (info@vibsafety.com) with your registered company details and payment reference.
2. Individual Users (if applicable)
If you enrolled independently (not through an organization), you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Course content has been largely or fully accessed.
- Training was customized or delivered as part of a special contract.
- Refund request is made beyond the eligible time window.
- The purchase was part of a promotional or discounted package clearly marked as non-refundable.
4. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
